14-day right of withdrawal for EU/EEA consumers, plus a 30-day money-back guarantee on every plan — no questions asked.
EU right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days of purchase, without giving any reason, under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Email chris@aunova.net before the period ends and we will refund all payments within 14 days, using the original payment method.
30-day money-back guarantee
On top of the statutory 14 days, we offer a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee on every plan — one-time and subscription — counted from the date of payment. Email chris@aunova.net and we will refund you in full. No forms, no questionnaire.
Subscriptions (Multi-Property plan)
Cancel any time from your account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partially used months after the 30-day window has passed.
One-time purchase (One property plan)
The one-time fee buys lifetime access to one guidebook. Within 30 days you can request a full refund for any reason. After 30 days, refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis if CasaBook is materially defective.
How to request a refund
Email chris@aunova.net from the address you used at checkout, include your payment reference, and you will receive confirmation within 2 business days. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
